Since joining Sure Steps Support Services in December 2025, Lauren has played a key role as Team Leader at Barrow’s Grove. We are now delighted to see Lauren step into her new role as Registered Manager at Cedar House, where she will lead the team in creating a nurturing, stable, and supportive environment for our young people as our new home opens.
