About Us

Young male smiling while being supported by staff

Our experienced teams are dedicated to supporting children up to 18 years of age with every step of their journey. This starts from the very first meeting with one of the team members, who will assess the needs of the child, understand their journey and life history, and work to develop a tailored support plan. The child’s individual needs guide us in developing this plan so that we can create a safe environment for them.

Establishing a sense of identity, building resilience and self-esteem in children is key to providing the support they need when making life-long decisions and choices in adulthood. We work hard to ensure that children are given opportunities to express their personality and creativity, enabling them to take on responsibilities within the home and contribute and share in collective celebration – all of which can lead to a sense of purpose.

At Sure Steps Support Services, we believe that each child is unique. Our focus is on the core values of being supportive, offering encouragement and care, providing empathy, and accepting each child as a unique individual. With this ethos at the heart of everything we do – every child receives an outstanding service.

If you would like to learn more about the service we provide, please get in touch.
